Not only is this the week before Christmas but it is also the week my Hubby and I start Insanity! (again) If you don't know...Insanity is exactly as it sounds. It is a workout DVD set that is 60 days long. It is very tough but we did see results when we did it before. We got busy and just did not make time for it and stopped doing it. So we decided that if we can keep up the schedule through the holidays we don't have any excuses not to keep it up. So this week is I tried to go super healthy due to the holidays coming up.
Monday : Grilled Chicken, steamed broccoli, baked potato
Tuesday: Broccoli Beef and brown rice
Wednesday: Crock Pot Pork Stuffed Peppers
Thursday: Spicy Black Bean Veggie Burgers and chips and salsa
Friday: Subway (we are going to see Santa and finish up shopping)
