So I start again...

So I have had a love/hate relationship with one thing lately...

I started this last spring and really did see results.  But I say started because I never finished the full program.  I am a numbers girl and I really wanted to see the numbers on the scale go down but it did not tend to do that.  I am sure I lost fat but gained muscle.  This is a great program and lives up to its name!  I came to the conclusion that I needed to so SOMETHING! So.... I am going to start again.  I hope to keep you updated once a week as to how it is going and my progress.  What do you use when you workout or exercise?


  1. Good for you! I usually just walk or do WII fitness. I need to do something and make some changes too.

  2. Same here, Mari. I have also done some water aerobics and loved it! But I only did it occasionally so not sure how much it would help. I also like biking. I have a device I put my bike on in the winter so I can ride it inside. I admit I have a hard time sticking to a program, though!
